Mental health day???

Davida Gisriel: I know this sounds harsh, but grown a pair. Your education is a lot more important than some modern age, hippy 'mental health day' Through out my education I have suffered from clinical depression, my mother has had a mental breakdown and was hospitalized, I went in for two surgeries, my boyfriend moved across the world, I became bulimic, I looked after my younger siblings and went to three funerals of loved family member.I never had one 'mental health day.' Yes I had to go in and out of hospital a lot and ferry my siblings about, but I didn't miss school unless i was ordered to by a doctor. I doubt your useless, you mam is probably upset about something and is taking her frustration out on you.Don't cop out, try your best and I believe you can be great.xxx...Show more
