Vida Miss: if you are going to drive it on the street then its not okay to buy a car without a title because you can never register itit is okay to buy a car without a title if you are making it a project for drag racing etc but not public to the street

Dee Depung: Get back with him when he has the title to sign over. Until then he can't sell the car.
