Selling new car 2010 camry?

Sheldon Lally: You have to come up with $8000 in cash to make the sale. The sale is not finalized until the buyer gets the title. he cant get the title until the full amount of the loan is paid. So you go to the bank, he pays them $16K, you give them $8k and he gets his car.You don't have $8K? Cant sell the car then,
