Tom Romer: I would go with the audi a4. I bought an 05 brand new and it is awesome. It is very fuel efficient and you will rarely need to take it in to the shop. It looks more stylish than the volvo and it is a very dependable car.
Rashad Marecki: volvo- the last time i checked GM owned the company
Frank Crummell: Hondas, especially Accords are the most popular used cars for many years now. But they are a little pricy for the same reason. European cars ?? Their parts ARE pricey.
Horace Escue: Dude, James, chill the f*ck out. Did you forget to take your pills or something? Just because she buys an Audi or a Volvo doesn't mean anything. Oh, and what's wrong with a Ford or a GM is that they suck. Maybe if they could start producing quality cars again and brought factories back home from China it'd be different. Don't delude yourself; buying an "American" car won't make a difference since all of the production facilities are ALREADY in China and Mex! ico.Anyways, I'd go with the Audi. They are wonderful cars and will last for a LONG time if you treat them right. However, they can be costly to repair if you need to for some reason (same with the Volvo, though) since they ARE foreign cars and all of the parts have to be imported. Other than that they're wonderful. I'm not sure what exactly you mean by "easier maintenance," but if you mean DIY oil changes, coolant changes, etc., either car will be fine since that stuff is always pretty easy (except on a Volkswagen Beetle... good god)....Show more
Coleen Carignan: The Audi
Felicitas Phildor: People, obviously I can afford a foreign car, so quit whining about the money! I just asked which is better, calm down.
Robt Heemstra: audi
