Mark Villifana: Yeah...It does. I just got one last week. The camcorder is really good, too! :) It records 60 seconds at a time, and the quality turns out good! The phone is super fun-it's like an I-Phone. It has a lot of cool features-free games, a navitational system, etc...I got mine as a replacement for this other phone I had and I haven't had any problems with this one. Good luck! :)
