If you get T-Mobile or a carrier that uses sim cards you can just take the sim card and put it in your old phone. So now you have your new plan and a free phone! Cliff Tyre: Im the right person to answer this.I have an HTC Desire(relocated to USA from India). Using this phone in USA sucks. The Only gsm network in USA are AT&T & Tmobile. Both their network use a different GSM frequency 1900 MHz. Even though the phone supports this frequency for calls, using the 4G & 3G data is hopeless. Not even 2G speed was supported by this phone (based on a prepaid plan i was using).I t! ried and tried and tried.. then finally settled down with Sensation 4GAfter reading a lot of reviews and support forums, i came to know the above problem....Show more
